For the Boulder City Resident Board of Directors Seat Mike Pacini was the only nomination and won the seat by majority vote.
For the At-Large Board of Directors Seat Nominations: John Stoner, Jason Blackwell, and Keith Giles.
The winner of the At-Large Bod Seat by majority vote was Keith Giles.
